As The Jumper Man, I’m committed to ensuring you’re satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.
   • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Initiating a Return:

   • Please provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

3. Refund Process:

   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on my part.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:
